    Wonderful piece – In Improvisation we call this “accepting the offer” – meaning our only choice is to accept (not necessarily agree) with whatever comes our way. Accepting the offer helps us to navigate the ambiguity and to find value and use in the unexpected…. as opposed to blocking which shuts down creativity, teamwork, imagination. Blocking keeps us safe, but at what cost? It’s our choice in how we respond.

    I love the idea of “accepting the offer” – if we look at is as an offer, we can do with it want we want. Even “bad” offers can be flipped into positive responses. Thank you for sharing this Lindsey.
