Our coaching focuses on discovering each client’s unique, strengths-based talents for leadership and building upon them. Each coaching session begins with a full assessment of current leadership or professional knowledge, strengths and abilities. Clients then create a vision for their desired life and leadership by examining several components of an effective work and personal life.
Each coaching program includes:
- A leadership strengths feedback assessment in person or via telephone.
- An initial coaching session in person or via telephone (90 to 120 minutes).
- Development of a comprehensive action plan.
- Weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions via telephone (30-45 minutes).
- A final progress feedback assessment.
